Naabexir is the sole producer of copper extracting agents in the Middle East

The managers of Naabexir Payashimi Company (Dr. Ali Moradi and Ms. Engineer Hamideh Zolfi) have been engaged in joint activities since the year 2001 focused on the production of advanced chemical products, particularly the production of copper extracting agents.

Currently, Naabexir Payashimi is the sole producer of copper extracting solutions in the Middle East. The company has succeeded in industrially producing (from start to finish) Nonyl Salicyl Aldoxime and Ketoxime compounds, including grades CLX5640, CLX5774, and CLX984 on a large scale. The company's extraction solvents are used as initial charge and for periodic recharging in many leaching cathode production lines in the country.

Naabexir is prepared to meet the needs of all processing units and copper cathode producers using hydrometallurgical methods in the country. In addition to the above-mentioned materials, Naabexir is active in the production and synthesis of other chemical substances, such as the production of agricultural chelating agents (EDDHA), industrial adhesives, phenolic resins (Novolac and Resole), as well as the production of various solvents and chemical materials used in the processing industry, including flotation collectors, surfactants, and various chemical substances used in the copper industry and the extraction of other metals.

The history of indigenous copper extracting agent development :

The managers of Naabexir Payashimi Company began their activities in 2001 in a laboratory and unofficial capacity for the production of advanced chemical products, especially copper extracting agents. In 2005, with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex and Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman regarding the production of aldoximes and ketoximes (the main components of the copper extracting agent), the copper extracting agent (CLX) production project was officially initiated. Concurrently, in 2006, the company's managers, by establishing the chemical industry company "PayaSynth," started serious industrial-scale production of these products.

In 2008, the project was successfully completed and the sample produced in the laboratory was approved by Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex. In 2011, a contract for the industrial-scale production and sales of the aforementioned product was sealed with Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex. After a short period, the first shipment of this material was delivered to Sarcheshmeh Complex, and settlement was made.

In 2008, the completion of the project and approval by Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex confirmed the success of the laboratory sample. In 2011, a contract for the industrial-scale production and sales of the product was also concluded with Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex.
